You review the results on your own dashboard, then decide how you want to continue. Plans start at $2.50 per user per month, and we'll talk through the options with you before the trial ends.

Yes. Data migration is an included service: we move your existing data into Ozilo, with no history lost.

Yes. You define your own field ladder (for example Region → Group → Zone → Territory → Brick), departments, designations, customer classes, event types, expense heads and roles.

Calls logged outside the expected radius or without a location are flagged, and only approved phones can log in.

It's a new Ozilo module that runs HR for the same people and territories as your field force: two-step leave approval, leave policy and holidays, attendance, shifts, leave calendar, headcount by territory, employee records, advances and assets, movement, and payroll with tax, EOBI, social security and provident fund settings.

Ozilo is priced per user per month: Silver is $2.50, Gold is $3.50 and Platinum is $4.25. There is no platform fee or other fixed monthly charge.

Every named person with a login (reps, managers and admins) counts as a user. You can add users at any time, charged pro rata.

No. Onboarding, standard data migration and remote training are included at no cost on every plan.

Yes. You can be billed monthly, or annually in advance at the same per-user price. Prices are in US dollars, excluding VAT and other local taxes, and local-currency invoicing is available.
